1. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, providing a photo of the item and a description of the issue. We will be happy to offer a replacement or a full refund, based on your preference.
2. Unused and Unopened Products
If you would like to return an unused and unopened product, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to initiate the return. Once we receive the item in its original condition, we will issue a refund, excluding shipping costs. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
3. Used or Opened Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for products that have been opened or used.

- Express Shipping: Canada Post offers a fast delivery service, with a 1 to 3 business day delivery time for major destinations within Canada. This option is available for an additional cost.
- Local Delivery in Gatineau: We offer direct home delivery within Gatineau, with an estimated delivery time of 2 to 3 business days.
Note: During peak periods, such as holidays, delivery times may be extended.
3. Shipment Tracking
